The Act on the Regulation of Contractual Terms between Traders (1993/1062)

Section 4 of the Food Market Act refers to the Act on the Regulation of Contractual Terms between Traders (Entrepreneur Protection Act) as well as to the Unfair Business Practices Act (Unfair Business Practices Act). The section prohibits the use of an unfair contractual term or the application of a practice that is unfair from the point of view of the other party. In addition, the section prohibits the implementation of practices that are contrary to good business practice or otherwise disadvantageous for another trader.
