Regulation on the common organisation of the markets
Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007
The EU Regulation on the common organisation of the markets contains provisions on the written form of agreements and tenders that apply to the trade of agricultural products. The Regulation on the common organisation of the markets is referenced in Section 3 of the Food Market Act, which concerns the conclusion of agreements and tenders on the supply of agricultural products. These agreements must meet with the conditions laid down in Articles 148 and 168 of the Regulation on the written form and the content of agreements.
