The Unfair Business Practices Act (1978/1061)

The Unfair Business Practices Act (later 114/1978) contains provisions on the relationships between traders in business transactions. The objective of the Act is to prevent unfair or otherwise inappropriate practices between traders in marketing or other business activities.
