Example 1: We will reduce the salt content of our bread products by eight per cent by the year 2020.
Example 2: We will reduce the salt content of our products so that by the year 2020, 80 per cent of all our spices and spice sauces will meet the Better Choice Heart Symbol salt criteria.

Examples of commitments/quality of fats

Examples of commitments/products for children
Example 1: From the start of 2019, all our products marketed to children will meet the Better Choice Heart Symbol criteria.
Example 2: The nutritional quality of our snack products intended for children will be in accordance with the WHO nutrient profile model by the year 2020.
Example 3: We will halve the sugar content in our products intended for children by the year 2020.
Example 4: A total of 60 per cent of the (sales volume) of our yogurts and puddings intended for children will be in accordance with the Better Choice Heart Symbol criteria by the year 2020.
Examples of commitments/portion and package sizes
Example 1: By the year 2019, the portion sizes of our products appearing in marketing and communications material and channels will be shown so that they are suited for the situation in question and the targeted consumer group.
Example 2: We will reduce the portion sizes of all our large pizzas by 20 per cent by the year 2020.
Example 3: We will reduce the portions of (energy-containing) beverages included in meals by 20 per cent by the year 2020.
Example 4: In 2019, our ten top-selling products will also be available in packages that are 50 per cent smaller than in 2015.
Example 5: We will introduce smaller plates for main courses in our lunch restaurants in 2018.

Examples of commitments/recipes
Example 1: All our recipes for everyday meals will be in accordance with the Better Choice Heart Symbol criteria by the year 2020.
Example 2: As laid down in the law, the salt content will be reduced in 50 per cent of our recipes by the year 2020.
Example 3: By the end of 2019, all our revised recipes for everyday meals will support the composition of meals in accordance with the Finnish food plate model.
Example 4: We will check the fat quality in all our recipes that will be available to consumers from the start of 2018, and in 80 per cent of them, it will be in accordance with the nutrition recommendations.
Example 5: From the start of 2018, all our recipes will give the energy content* for each portion and from the same date we will also define the size of the portions.
Example 6: From the start of 2019, all our recipes will give the salt content of each portion (all sources of salt and the natural sodium contained in the ingredients as converted into salt will be included).
