BIKE – Elintarvikkeiden biologisten ja kemiallisten vaarojen arviointiin

BIKEn avulla voidaan suorittaa elintarvikkeissa olevien biologisten ja kemiallisten vaarojen altistumisen arviointi. Bayesilainen malli arvioi esiintyvyys- ja kulutustietojen avulla kuluttajien kroonista ja akuuttia altistumisriskiä. Malli tuottaa altistumisarvion lisäksi arvion epävarmuudesta ja vaihtelusta. Asiasta kiinnostuneet voivat ottaa BIKE-mallin käyttöönsä siitä tehdyn BIKE-sovelluksen avulla.

NoBaSURV-PWN is a web application for assessing the confidence in pest freedom gained in official pine wood nematode surveys done in the past. It can be used to assess 1) the confidence of each year’s survey separately, and 2) the confidence accumulated in all years’ surveys.

A tool for estimating the prevalence of Bursaphelenchus mucronatus

This is a web application that is tailored for estimating the apparent prevalence of Bursaphelechus mucronatus in individually tested or pooled wood samples and vector beetles (Monochamus). In addition to B. mucronatus the app can also be used for estimating the prevalence of other organisms.
